Spritz Cookie Recipe

Ingredients for Spritz Cookie Recipe

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup butter, softened

1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar

2 egg yolks

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions for Spritz Cookie Recipe

- Turn oven on to 400

- Use a bowl to mix together the flour and salt

- Use a seperate bowl to stir together the butter, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and almond extract

- Make spoonfuls of the spritz cookie dough and add them to a cookie sheet

- Bake for 7-8 minutes

I always make this spritz cookie recipe for Christmas. If you have cookie cutters, you can make christmas trees and other shapes.
