1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar

2 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

- Turn oven on to 400
- Use a bowl to mix together the sugar, vanilla, butter, shortening, and eggs
